AMS will
organise:
- Contract
documents (2 sets) ready for signing
by the Principal and Contractor
- Ensure
that the contract documents include all tender
documents, documents generated during
the tender process and any subsequent negotiations
- Produce
a check list of all agreed tags
included in the tender that have been incorporated
into the contract.
- Complete
the Transmittal forms identifying
all of the above.
Following
the acceptance of an agreed tender offer, AMS will assemble the complete
Contract Documents.
In addition,
AIMS will:
- Ensure
that all documents that were part
of the Tender process e.g. notices
to tenderers and any subsequent negotiations will be properly assembled
to form the total Contract Documents
- Check
that all T.A. requirements
relating to items such as hours of work,
noise, traffic management and any other that may have been defined
as Resource Consent conditions
are included in the contract documents. Identify
and exclude any that may not have been included in the tender documents
- Ensure
the inclusion of all Special Conditions
and Specific Conditions as defined
in the tender documents, check references to the General Conditions
- Include
all documents that were included in or referred to during the tender
process and subsequent negotiations
in the contract set.. These include all drawings
and specifications (Architectural & Consultant), offer letter
and subsequent negotiations, agreed tags and all notices to tenderers.
If included in the contract, the schedule of quantities.
You
will need to supply AMS with:
- All
documents included in or generated during the tender process, including
letters of offer and acceptance
- Details
of the parties to the contract and outcome of any post tender agreements.
