The Tender Document service:
The deliverables are:
Schedule of all documents included in the tender set, including drawing schedule, with version, specification, schedule of documents provided by consultants, including drawings, schedules and specifications.
Completed Specific and Special Conditions of Contract, and schedules
Register of issued document sets
Register of queries from Tenderers
Register of notices to Tenderers
Report on Tenders received, including tags and register of documents submitted.
Letters to Tenderers, informing them of the outcome of the tender process.
AMS will add to the tender documents completed Special and Specific Conditions of Contract.
During the tendering process, a register of queries from Tenderers and subsequent Notices is maintained.
On receipt of the Tenders, AMS will complete an analysis of tags, construction period, insurances, trade breakdown and the completion of required tender forms.
The scope of the tendering option includes the processing of all the documents in the tendering process, leading to the correct establishment of the Construction Contract.
These will vary according to the type of procurement method used.
You need to provide:
- All
Tender documents (drawings, specifications, producer statements etc)
- Information
necessary for the completion of the Specific and Special Conditions
of Contract
- Any
other requirements that may impact on the construction process, e.g.
requirements for traffic management etc.
- Copy
of the General Conditions of Contract
- Distribution list of Tenderers
